ONE ON ONE COACHING
What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is having a professional help you achieve your personal and/or professional goals such as: finding a soul mate, landing a dream job, growing a business, losing weight. Sometimes people are not clear on what exactly they want, and this is where a Life Coach comes in. Life coaching provides them with guidance on how to make decisions at various crossroads in life. Life coaching offers no magic bullets or quick-fixes; it relies on principles of positive psychology and empowers clients to generate lasting transformation. It takes time to build physical muscles, and similarly, a life coach helps to build clients’ mental muscles so they can think differently and approach life more effectively – gradually developing the strength to face life’s challenges with ease and grace – and enrich their lives.
How Do I Help You?
My coaching is all about following your own unique path. I help you discover what excites you, what is meaningful to you and what has been holding you back. Together we design a personalized action plan to help you move forward and stay on track. I provide guidance, support, tools and feedback. Accountability is a key element here; research shows that people are much more likely to complete a task when they are held accountable for the results.
To me, coaching is an intimate, synergistic partnership. By combining intuitive perceptivity with cutting-edge coaching techniques, I help you shift your awareness and connect with a deeper sense of purpose. This will inspire you to take action leading to sustainable change.

What Happens During a Life Coaching Session
New clients usually start with a 3-month commitment. Sessions last 60-75 minutes and are held biweekly. We will meet in person if you live in New York City; otherwise we can meet over the phone or Skype from anywhere in the world.
How Does Life Coaching Differ from Traditional Therapies?
Coaching and therapy work with different paradigms. Of course each practitioner works differently but therapy tends to treat past emotional issues while coaching considers that clients are healthy, and focuses on where they are now, where they want to be, and how they’re going to get there. In general, coaching is more action-oriented.
What Qualifies You to be a Life Coaching Professional?
I’ve always had the desire to serve and help others succeed. As an optimistic, result-oriented individual who tends to see the glass half-full instead of half-empty, I operate in gratitude while striving to reach my fullest potential. After majoring in Finance and graduating college, I’ve worked in the Accounting field for most of my earlier career. Later, with the advent of the internet, I went back to college and majored in Management Information Systems and have worked in corporate America’s Business Administration field.
Never be afraid to evolve! Beginning with my family and friends in my earlier years, and continuing on with the people I’ve met in my later years, they have been consistent in pointing out how I make their lives better by seeing where they can improve and ushering them to it, and since I have always had this passion to directly and positively affect others’ lives, I ultimately heeded the call. Prior to becoming a life coach I spent an entire year achieving my life coaching certification which entails case studies with like women I was looking to serve. So, my passion for helping others’ succeed, the testimonials I’ve received, topped with my academic achievement and the hands-on experience I’ve had over the past 4 years, qualifies me to be a Life Coaching Professional.
Who Do I Work With?
I started coaching a little over 4 years ago and I have worked with a variety of clients – from new business owners to established entrepreneurs, creative professionals to corporate professionals – women who are feeling stuck, facing indecision, and need guidance to gain clarity and take action. I work a lot with women in their 20’s and 30’s, helping them make better life and career/business choices. Many of my clients are introverted individuals seeking to create a fulfilling life and a satisfying career or business in a most authentic way.
*Clients who come to me are committed to their personal growth and /or business improvement. They are open to new perspectives and ready to invest energy, time, and resources into achieving their desired results.
